Le Conseiller/La Conseillère de Vente sera amené(e) à faire vivre une expérience unique aux clients au sein du point de vente et les différents univers de la Maison Moncler. Il/Elle saura être force de proposition à travers les collections permanentes, la collection Grenoble ou bien encore les différentes collaborations Moncler Genius. Le Conseiller/La Conseillère de Vente, en partenariat avec l'équipe, est responsable de l'atteinte des résultats individuels et contribue activement aux objectifs de l'équipe et de la Boutique. Your Impact Responsabilités et Missions : Vous serez l’ambassadeur(drice) de la marque Moncler et veillerez en permanence à offrir une haute qualité de service à la clientèle dans le cadre de la politique commerciale de la Maison. Vous accueillerez et conseillerez les clients en suivant la cérémonie de vente Moncler en leur présentant les valeurs et le patrimoine de la marque. Vous contribuerez à l’atteinte des objectifs collectifs et individuels. Vous veillerez au respect des procédures internes, des règles de merchandising et à la bonne tenue de notre boutique et de son stock. Vous vous tiendriez régulièrement informé(e) des activités du groupe Moncler et des évolutions du secteur d’activité dont fait partie la Maison afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins des clients. Vous serez intégré(e) à l’équipe de vente de la boutique afin : D’assurer une expérience client unique, en l’engageant dans une relation durable avec la Marque, via la gestion des différentes phases de la cérémonie de vente, des activités après-vente et Clienteling, dans une atmosphère chaleureuse et bienveillante ; Réaliser d'excellentes performances commerciales ; Implémenter les standards Visuels en Boutique à travers les différents univers de la Maison, en collaboration avec l’équipe Visuel Merchandising et prenant en responsabilité le réapprovisionnement et la gestion des stocks ; Coopérer activement à la préparation et de l'exécution des inventaires ; Travailler avec l'équipe de manière efficace et enthousiaste, y mettant en valeur son énergie et sa motivation. Qualifications Votre profil : Expérience dans des missions de vente. Une expérience dans le secteur de la mode de luxe et du Retail est un atout ; Expérience internationale antérieure acquise idéalement dans un contexte professionnel ; Passionné par la vente au détail, le service à la clientèle ; Excellente compréhension du secteur du luxe et forte sensibilité produit ; Réelles qualités relationnelles dans un environnement international ; Capacité à communiquer avec sophistication en français, la maîtrise de l'anglais est impérative et une autre langue étrangère (comme l’espagnol et le mandarin par exemple) sera un véritable atout ; Affinité avec les outils digitaux et ouverture à de nouvelles et innovantes méthodes de travail.
