As a graphic designer/media designer in e-commerce (m/f/d), you are the visual face of our online shop. You ensure that our products – from modern heating systems to innovative technology solutions – not only impress functionally but also visually. With your flair for design, visual language, and e-commerce standards, you translate complex features into compelling visuals and elevate our customers' shopping experience to the next level.

Your tasks:

  • Concept & design of product worlds: Creation of sales-promoting and target group-oriented product images, infographics, feature banners and renderings for our online shop and marketplaces.
  • Visual translation of benefits & technology: Understandable and appealing visualization of technical product features, functions and USPs – especially in the field of heating, air conditioning and building technology.
  • Professional image editing & retouching: Performing sophisticated image optimizations, high-end retouching, cutouts, compositing and precise color corrections in accordance with the corporate identity.
  • Category-specific image concepts: Development of individual image styles and graphic concepts, tailored to the respective product categories, target groups and requirements.
  • Asset Management & Shop Maintenance: Structured entry, management and updating of graphic content in the shop system as well as ensuring consistent visual consistency.
  • Format & channel adaptation: Technical preparation and responsive delivery of image assets for desktop, mobile, marketplaces and advertising landing pages.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Close cooperation with product management, marketing and social media teams to develop and provide uniform advertising materials.

Your profile:

  • Education or studies: Successfully completed vocational training as a media designer (digital & print), graphic designer, media sales representative or marketing communications specialist, or completed studies in the field of communication design, media design, digital marketing or similar.
  • Professional experience: Practical experience in a comparable position, ideally in an e-commerce, agency or retail environment.
  • Software expertise: Highly confident and proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or comparable alternatives such as the Affinity Suite. Knowledge of Figma or 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D is advantageous.
  • Technical interest: Strong curiosity and interest in technical products and modern future technologies in the field of heat generators and energy solutions.
  • Understanding of Conversion & Usability: A feel for how visual content supports purchasing decisions and how information is structured clearly, understandably and in a user-friendly manner.
  • Working style: High quality awareness, pronounced attention to detail, structured and independent working style, and enjoyment of working independently in a team.
