SUMMARY: To provide complete food service to conferences and banquet guests by performing the following duties Comprehend and understand Banquet Event Orders Set tables and food display for function as needed Serve meal using proper service etiquette Buss tables and bring items to dish situations Maintain banquet service areas Perform side work as required, fold napkins, fill shakers, clean signs etc. Observe diners to respond to any additional requests Attend departmental meeting Assist all other personnel in setting and clearing rooms for upcoming events. Ensure all services to members are provided in a highly professional and efficient manner with strong attention to detail. Support safe work habits and contributes to a safe working environment at all times.
