Reports directly to the Director of Talent & Culture. Job Overview Leads full life-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, including in departments such as finance, marketing, and logistics. Leads early phases of recruiting NSOs in new markets. Leads and executes full-cycle recruitment of corporate roles, establishing strong relationships with hiring managers. Partners closely with the Director of Talent & Culture to develop long-term hiring roadmaps for corporate department growth. Owns the recruitment strategy and execution for early hiring phases of New Store Openings in new markets and regions, including talent market research. Supports NSO hiring in established areas.
