They require an experienced Senior Engineer who has hands-on experience and has some team lead or mentoring experience, to lead a small agile unit who are involved with all areas in the construction industry.

As Senior Engineer, you will work in conjunction with the Project Manager, providing mentoring, structure, and guidance by leading by example. You will be responsible for the preparation and review of detailed technical designs for strategic projects (including calculations, drawings, risk assessments and design certificates) as well as proposing and/or developing value-engineered alternative solutions (during tender or construction phases). You will provide technical solutions to an established engineering team while liaising with technical Subcontractors, Technical Office Team and Suppliers. You will be involved in developing, instigating and maintaining processes, procedures and standards for technical design.
