Vos principales missions : Support fonctionnel et opérations Assister aux opérations fonctionnelles quotidiennes de la plateforme Tagetik. Fournir un soutien de premier niveau aux utilisateurs du service financier, en résolvant les problèmes fonctionnels ou en les faisant remonter au besoin. Surveillez les entrées et les sorties de données, en garantissant l’intégrité et la cohérence des données. Gestion des changements et contrôle d’accès Soutenir la mise en œuvre des demandes de changement fonctionnel sous la direction de l’administrateur. Contribuez à maintenir les droits d’accès des utilisateurs et les configurations de rôle conformément aux contrôles internes. Tests et assurance qualité Participez aux cycles de test de nouvelles fonctionnalités, de correctifs et de mises à niveau. Documenter les cas de test et les résultats, et aider à valider les modifications du système par rapport aux exigences de l’entreprise. Documentation et formation Contribuer à la création et à la maintenance des guides d’utilisation, des FAQ et de la documentation des processus.
