Provide individualized academic and career advising to students regarding course selection, degree planning, registration, and academic progress.
Assist students in developing realistic academic goals and educational plans aligned with their career interests.
Monitor student academic performance and provide early intervention for students needing additional support.
Advise students on institutional policies, catalog requirements, academic standing, and transfer or graduation requirements.
Provide students with semester plans and assist with goal setting.
Document advising sessions and refer students to other supportive services on and off campus.
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years of work related experience
Required Experience: 1 year of experience in Higher Education
