Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing and scheduling appointments for our home exterior sales specialists.
This role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring a seamless and professional scheduling experience while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls professionally, schedule appointments using scripts and processes, and conduct outreach via phone, email, and text.
CRM Management: Maintain organization and accuracy of customer information in the CRM system.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with special projects and other administrative duties assigned by the management team.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads from various sources to maximize appointment conversions.
Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on appointments and customer needs.
Qualifications: Required Skills: 1+ years of customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and team player mentality.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience setting appointments or adhering to a sales pitch/script.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Flexibility to cover weekends and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Well-maintained and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
