Position Overview:
This role will lead one or more product classes within the Mining Technology portfolio, driving the development and execution of innovative go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate digital transformation across the mining sector. Focused on enabling smarter, safer, and more efficient operations, the successful candidate will design and deploy comprehensive GTM plans that align with Finning’s strategic priorities and deliver measurable commercial impact.
As a key strategic partner, this position will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Marketing to ensure Finning’s mining technology solutions—ranging from autonomous systems and fleet management to real-time data analytics—are positioned to meet evolving customer and industry demands. The Product Manager will be accountable for aligning Finning’s offerings with operational needs, delivering timely sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and support profitability targets.
Additionally, this role will provide strategic guidance to the sales execution team and serve as a primary liaison with Caterpillar’s Mining Technology group, ensuring alignment and collaboration across joint initiatives and technology roadmaps.
