Community Lead – Calgary Community Information Exchange (CIE)
For over 50 years Distress Centre has served Calgary and Southern Alberta, providing 24-hour crisis support, information, and resources at no cost. Distress Centre does not define crisis. We do not judge. Anyone can call us day or night.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Calgary Community Information Exchange (CIE) is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Community Lead to support the successful onboarding and integration of partner agencies into the CIE network. The CIE is a collaborative system designed to enhance care coordination across health, social, and community services through secure information sharing and shared client journey insights.
As the Community Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new systems and agencies through the discovery, design, and implementation phases of CIE integration. This role requires a strong understanding of journey mapping, workflow mapping, and partnership engagement to ensure that the needs of partner agencies are clearly understood and integrated into the broader CIE framework.
This position blends elements of community engagement, business analysis, and change management to foster a seamless, person-centered approach to service delivery.
