The Team – your impact
Within our Partnering, Portfolio and CS Platform Hub department we ensure that the IT landscape is aligned with E.ONs business goals and strategy. You will support our leadership team acting as trusted partner and ensuring smooth ways of working between the different units and their stakeholders.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• You support daily tasks of the various teams and their leaders in organizational topics
• Organize, host and manage meetings as well as international events handling complex requirements
• Managing professional back-office tasks, including order processing
• Cooperation with other backoffice functions as well as temporary cover for assistant/backoffice colleagues
• Administrative support for agenda management, room bookings, travel bookings, travel expenses processing and billing
• Ensuring a successful on- and offboarding experience for our team members

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Experience as Assistant (f/m/d) working with large team sizes in a multi-national environment
• Proven ability to handle international teams and complex company structures
• Dedication to organizing complex teams with multiple stakeholders and ability to prioritize accordingly
• Experience in setting up events virtually and in person for different team sizes
• Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as a remarkable service mindset
• Open-mindedness and proactivity for new task areas in a growing environment
