The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our data systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the operational requirements of our projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a growing organization, where your efforts will contribute directly to our success. Responsibilities: - Maintain and administer data systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and availability. - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the database. - Perform regular data audits and cleaning to enhance data quality. - Collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements and implement data solutions. - Provide training and support to staff on data management processes and tools. - Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, standards, and guidelines. - Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Data Administrator or similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. - Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle). - Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SAP ERP, R). - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
