Manages, directly and through subordinate supervisors, the activities of workers engaged in multiple functional areas of electronic and mechanical production, including electronics assembly, electronic and mechanical fabrication, and repair, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and general labor. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent shipboard installation projects. Overseeing schedules, staffing, materials, and quality assurance for technical deliverables. Assures quality of work meets NAVSEA Standards Providing project updates, technical briefings, and performance reports to leadership and Navy partners. Evaluating staff and subcontractor performance and implementing improvements where needed. Managing logistics, tracking long-lead materials, and resolving any issues that may impact cost or schedule. Supporting long-range planning and collaborating on new system integration designs. Upholding Navy protocols and standards while mentoring your team in compliance and best practices. What You Bring: 9+ years of experience leading AIT or shipboard integration projects supporting C5ISR systems.
