FAC Construction Manager to manage a team of PM and sub PM for Project Oversight and Collaboration. Responsibilities and tasks include but not limited to the below listed. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the site Project Managers and construction management team, closely work different subject areas including CSA, Mech, E&I, WTS, G&C system leaders and engineers. Communication with both various partners, conduct scenario studies for different project conditions, Capex cost estimation, schedule planning and presenting to high level management. Foster company culture of "People, Innovation, Tenacity, Customer Focus and Collaboration"! Manage general contractors for the project management, monitor schedule, cost status. Collaborate with the local team to develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including schedule, budget, and scope strategies. Regularly review project progress, identify and address potential issues proactively. Ensure clear and consistent communication with the Global Construction team and other partners on project status, risks, and decisions. Champion the company's global project management standards and best practices, ensuring their implementation on the projects. Collaborate with internal and external partners at the global level, including engineering, procurement, and equipment teams. Lead communication and information flow between the local project and Global Construction headquarters. Review and approve local contracts with subcontractors and vendors. Ability to resolve problems and achieve win-win situation, and value adding to the team, positive attitude to the fast change pace in semi-conduction industry. Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards. Proactively identify and lead project risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans. Champion a culture of safety on the project site, ensuring all activities align with company safety protocols and local regulations. Be responsible for the implementation of a robust quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards. Follow global standards and conduct contract management and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth and safely delivery of projects.
