Global Supply Chain Director The Global Supply Chain Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing ATL's comprehensive, international supply chain operations. What you will be doing: Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and implement comprehensive global supply chain strategies that align with the company's overarching objectives and international presence. Lead and manage global supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and delivery across multiple sites. Identify and mitigate risks within the global supply chain to ensure continuity and reliability across various markets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels on a global scale. Supplier and Vendor Management Establish and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers and vendors worldwide. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the most favorable terms and conditions on an international level. Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure global standards are met. Develop a rigorous supplier qualification and audit process to ensure compliance with international industry standards and regulations. Team Leadership and Development Build and lead a high-performing, multicultural supply chain team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities across global offices.
