Collaborate with NWR engineer to drive Physical Failure Analysis (PFA), Root Cause Analysis and long-term countermeasures with global organizations for failures related to process changes Keep track of process conversion run rates on a weekly basis Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Process conversion engineers Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Microelectronics/Semiconductor Processing or equivalent experience Min 5 yrs experience in Process integration and/or Process module is required Solid knowledge of Device Physics and capability to interpret circuit schematics is an added advantage Good multitasking skills and ability to set priorities in a fast moving, dynamic environment Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
