The Sr. Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of the projects. They will manage each project from analysis and pre-planning through to implementation and closure. Establish requirements to define scope, effort, timeline, funding, staffing, resource allocation, and metrics. * Create sub-plans, including communication, quality assurance, resource, procurement, and deployment plans. * Manage the project by identifying and resolving issues/risks, handling change management, providing regular reports, and overseeing financials and metrics. * Document, prioritize, and facilitate approval of project change requests, re-planning as needed. * Set and manage expectations with resource managers regarding allocation and performance. * Ensure effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control processes are in place and followed. * Oversee project closeout activities, including transition to operations teams. * Collaborate with other groups and departments to ensure project success. * Monitor and report on key metrics, including customer satisfaction. * Lead the definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverables. * Generate new ideas, techniques, and solutions to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
