Notre entité PTP basée à Colomiers recherche un(e) Coordinateur(-trice) Qualité, Sécurité et Amélioration Continue F/H en CDI. PTP (Proficiency Testing Program) est un organisme de comparaison inter laboratoire de rayonnement international, faisant partie de la société Element Toulouse. PTP a pour mission principale d’évaluer des laboratoires en étroite collaboration avec les principaux donneurs d’ordre de l’aéronautique. Responsibilities Au sein du service PTP (Proficiency Testing Programs) composé de 9 personnes, vous aurez en charge de mener à bien les sujets sécurité, qualité et amélioration continue de ce périmètre. Vous aurez un rôle clé pour collaborer activement au développement de l'activité PTP selon les orientations stratégiques définies par le PTP Manager. Rattaché directement au PTP manager, vos différentes activités seront notamment de: Qualité Planifier et réaliser les audits internes et externes Etre l'interlocuteur principal pour les audits ISO 17043 Gérer les non-conformités, réclamations et mettre en place les actions correctives Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation du système de management de la qualité Suivre les indicateurs Qualité Déployer des standards Qualité et outils Groupe Former et impliquer le personnel sur les outils de résolution de problème Sécurité Assurer la sécurité des employés, visiteurs et sous-traitants Analyser les risques et améliorer les conditions de travail Etre garant de la conformité réglementaire (contrôles périodiques, DUER…). Déployer les standards sécurité et participer au réseau HSE Groupe Réaliser des audits et enquêtes sécurité. Reporting et suivi des indicateurs sécurité (accidents, audits…) Amélioration continue Identifier, soutenir et exécuter des initiatives d’amélioration (Kaizen, 5S, 8D, analyse ergonomique…). Prendre en charge la cartographie des flux et l'analyse des processus Définir avec le responsable PTP un plan d’amélioration de la productivité Suivre et mettre en œuvre des plans d’action pour améliorer les indicateurs SQDCP (Sécurité, Qualité, Délai, Coût, Personnel) Accompagnement quotidien des équipes sur les thématiques d’amélioration continue. Skills / Qualifications Bac+3 à 5 dans un domaine technique ou qualité Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire, en environnement industriel (idéalement PME ou site à taille humaine). Compétences techniques : Bonne maitrise des normes qualité (ISO 9001, ISO 17025 ou ISO 17043, Nadcap, etc.) et des outils d’audit. Connaissance des obligations réglementaires en matière de santé et sécurité au travail (DUERP, vérifications périodiques, consignes sécurité…).
