This includes establishing a strong second line of defence, acting independently from operational functions and being the key point of contact for regulatory compliance and governance. Monitoring, Breach & Risk Management: Identify and escalate breaches, oversee corrective actions, and manage ongoing compliance risk assessments. Policy, Reporting & Training: Draft and maintain compliance policies, deliver Board reports on compliance risks, and lead training to embed regulatory awareness across teams. Ethics & Culture: Promote integrity, transparency, and accountability, fostering a strong culture of ethical compliance throughout the organisation.
