JOB SUMMARY:

We are searching for an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM (Materials Management) Consultant to lead and deliver SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have at least one full life cycle implementation experience on S/4HANA and three full life cycle implementations on ECC.
This role requires expertise in troubleshooting and recommending solutions to align business requirements with standard SAP system functionality.
Hybrid work model, requiring 50% travel to client sites.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Many years (7+ years) of hands-on SAP MM experience as an SAP implementation consultant.
• At least 1 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and 3 full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and special procurement processes (e.g., subcontracting, third-party scenarios, stock transport orders, scheduling agreements, and contracts).
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules such as SD, PM, PP, and PS is a plus.
• Experience writing functional specifications for WRICEF.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in math, computer science, engineering, or a related IT discipline (required). Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• S/4HANA MM Certification is preferred.
• Fluent German and English

• Lead the functional team to define and manage deliverables to meet project objectives and budget.
• Act as a hands-on application expert, preparing and reviewing project deliverables such as benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements and design, enterprise structure, business process master list, business process design document, configurations, process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives, business stakeholders, SMEs, and professional organizations.
• Apply best practices tailored to the client’s needs and organizational culture.
• Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise, lead client design workshops, and contribute to SAP Practice knowledge base.
