Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Du gestaltest den Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) nach ISO/IEC 27001 mit.
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für informationssicherheitsrelevante Fragestellungen und berätst interne Teams und Abteilungen bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheitsanforderungen.
  • Du planst und führst IT-Risikoanalysen durch, bewertest Informationssicherheitsrisiken und leitest risikoorientierte Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du stellst die Wirksamkeit des ISMS sicher, indem du interne und externe Audits planst, koordinierst und durchführst sowie die Maßnahmen nachverfolgst.
  • Du trägst mit deinem Wissen zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams bei und treibst den Aufbau einer modernen, zukunftsorientierten Sicherheitskultur aktiv voran.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit, IT-Governance, IT-Compliance und IT- Risikomanagement mit.
  • Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Standards und regulatorischen Vorgaben wie ISO 27001, NIS-2 oder KRITIS mit.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, übernimmst Verantwortung und teilst dein Wissen aktiv, um gemeinsam Sicherheitsprozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, zielgerichtet und verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Dein Profil - Für unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Sicherheit (oder vergleichbarer Studiengang) oder eine abgeschlossene IT-technische Aus- und Weiterbildung mit mind. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit, Cyber Security oder ISMS
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Information Security Management sowie in relevanten Standards und Frameworks, insbesondere ISO/IEC 27001, idealerweise ergänzt um BSI IT-Grundschutz
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Audits und Compliance-Anforderungen im Umfeld der Informationssicherheit
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis moderner IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerke, Cloud-Plattformen sowie gängiger Security-Lösungen (z. B. SIEM, Vulnerability Scanner, Endpoint Security)
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
