Descripción del empleo En Inetum buscamos un/a Responsable de Práctica (Unidad de Negocio) para liderar nuestro área de Transport Information Systems, especializada en el diseño, suministro y operación de soluciones hardware y software para clientes del sector transporte (AENA, Metro, RENFE, EMT) y del sector retail (El Corte Inglés, grandes cadenas comerciales, etc.). El/la profesional será responsable de la gestión integral del negocio, cubriendo la cuenta de resultados, la operación de los proyectos, la gestión del equipo y el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades comerciales dentro de un entorno tecnológico en continuo crecimiento. Responsabilidades principales Gestión del negocio Responsabilidad completa sobre la Cuenta de Resultados (P&L) de la práctica. Planificación, control y seguimiento del Direct Margin, costes operativos y KPIs financieros. Elaboración de previsiones de producción, ingresos y márgenes. Identificación de riesgos económicos y operativos, así como puesta en marcha de acciones correctivas. Gestión y liderazgo del equipo Dirección y desarrollo del equipo de la práctica: Jefes/as de Proyecto Coordinadores/as de ejecución Ingenieros/as, técnicos/as y personal operativo Garantizar la calidad en la ejecución de los proyectos y la correcta asignación de recursos. Acompañamiento y evaluación del desempeño del equipo, impulsando planes de formación y desarrollo. Supervisión operativa de proyectos Supervisión del ciclo completo de entrega: diseño, planificación, despliegue, integración, puesta en marcha y soporte. Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, plazos, costes y requisitos contractuales. Interlocución de alto nivel con clientes estratégicos del sector transporte y retail. Desarrollo de negocio y relación con clientes Identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio en transporte, movilidad, ticketing, validación, control de accesos y soluciones de retail. Colaboración con Preventa y Comercial en la preparación de ofertas, propuestas técnicas y cierres. Seguimiento de clientes estratégicos para garantizar crecimiento, renovación y ampliación de servicios. Participación en comités, licitaciones públicas y procesos competitivos complejos. Requisitos Requisitos del perfil Formación Ingeniería (Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Industrial) o similar. Se valoran estudios de posgrado en gestión de proyectos o dirección de empresas (MBA, PMP, ITIL, etc.). Experiencia Mínimo 7–10 años en entornos tecnológicos, sistemas de transporte, integración HW/ SW o soluciones industriales. Experiencia demostrable en dirección de equipos y gestión de unidades de negocio o proyectos de alta complejidad. Familiaridad con clientes del ecosistema transporte (AENA, Metro, EMT, RENFE…) o retail. Competencias clave Visión estratégica y orientación al negocio.
