Job Summary

Art of Engineering (AOE) is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate must possess valid HSE approvals/permits required for projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and have a strong understanding of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Prepare and review Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RA).
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
Monitor the proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
Maintain HSE records and documentation.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of maintenance activities.
Liaise with clients and authorities regarding HSE requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer.
Experience in maintenance, facilities management, MEP, or construction projects.
Valid HSE approvals/permits for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).
IOSH Certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
