Monthly Menus, House Meetings, Budgeting, Medical Appointments, etc. Follows and Implements individuals’ daily schedules Enhance an individual’s development by providing job coaching Maintain appropriate and professional boundaries with the individuals Involving individuals in social and vocational opportunities Implementing Individual Service Plan (ISP) objectives Promote a high quality of living for the individuals which includes but not limited to assisting with showers, toileting, brushing teeth, laundry, etc. Able to support and accompany individuals in the community including but not limited to religious services, hospitals, correctional facilities, courts, support groups, etc. Record accurate and quality data on each individual throughout the shift using ICentrixs Provides supervision of the individuals and ensures their safety in the residence and community Promote a high quality of living that includes routine maintenance/housekeeping which includes but not limited to shoveling, mopping, cleaning appliance, etc. Provide Transportation; whether in the company vehicle or your personal vehicle, for individuals including following the GPS Guidelines Perform verbal or physical interventions as needed to ensure safety Conduct physical restraints as needed.
