We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to play a key role in shaping how we support, develop, and engage our people. This role reports to the Head of HR & Office Manager, who will retain responsibility for payroll, office management, finance, and salary negotiations. Serving as a core partner to the team, you will drive day-to-day HR operations while elevating our people practices. You will oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure compliance, and be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys balancing operational rigour with a people-first mindset.
