YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will lead the implementation of a high-impact sales strategy for Motion products in the Peruvian market, prioritizing direct engagement with end users while leveraging other strategic channels to drive growth. Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of the sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for Motion products and systems to ensure sustainable order growth, increased market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization to achieve the sales targets through high performance. This is a unique opportunity to shape market dynamics, strengthen ABB’s presence, and achieve ambitious business objectives. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Motion business area in Peru. You will be mainly accountable for: Executing the sales strategies of the Motion Divisions and achieving their sales targets. Leading a team of successful salespeople located throughout the country. Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources. Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring a high hit rate. Acting upon leads generated by marketing campaigns. Engaging with senior leaders at customer sites to discuss their energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies. Anticipating and identifying any shortfalls in performance and taking appropriate remedial actions proactively. Participating in the negotiation of key opportunities. Upskilling your team on key topics such as sustainability, decarbonization, energy efficiency, and ISO 50001.
