The Treatment Coordinator's main goal is to convert as many patients as possible. These consultations may vary between New Patient Exams, Observations, Conferences, Treatment Summaries, Re-Treat Exams, and Re-Exams. Responsible for making sure you complete all necessary duties from the previous consultation before moving on to the next patients, keeping your time limit to the allocated appointment time templated. Convert as many patients as possible into same day starts as SDS are part of our culture. If a patient cannot start same day, then it is your responsibility to schedule their next appointment before they leave the office! Must have a knowledge and understanding of all orthodontic appliances and procedures recommended throughout treatment. (Expanders, Bracket Types, Extractions/Exposures, Bite Correctors, Interproximal Reduction, etc.) Responsible for documenting all details from the consultations in the patient's chart. Responsible for writing up and reviewing financial arrangements, proposals and autopayments as well as taking down payments for your same day starts.
