Pour structurer son Bureau d’Études interne et soutenir l’accélération du portefeuille, GSE recrute un(e) Ingénieur Bureau d’Études Photovoltaïque & Stockage. Votre mission Rattaché(e) à la Direction Technique et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Développement, Construction (EPC) et Exploitation (O&M), vous êtes le référent technique des projets solaires et de stockage du Groupe. Vous portez la conception technique, la modélisation du productible, le dimensionnement électrique et le suivi des hypothèses qui alimentent les modèles financiers. Vous êtes l’interlocuteur(trice) technique des chefs de projets, des bureaux d’études externes, des fabricants, d’ENEDIS/RTE et des organismes de contrôle, de la phase de préqualification jusqu’à la mise en service. Vos responsabilités Études d’avant-projet & faisabilité • Réaliser les études de préfaisabilité et de faisabilité des projets PV (sol, agrivoltaïque, ombrières, toitures) et BESS (stockage stationnaire, hybridation). • Modéliser le productible sous PVsyst (ou équivalent) : implantation, ombrages, soiling, pertes, scénarios de bifacialité, trackers, agrivoltaïsme. • Dimensionner les solutions de stockage (capacité, puissance, cycles, dégradation, stratégies de pilotage : autoconsommation, peak shaving, arbitrage marché, services système). • Construire les implantations de référence sous AutoCAD / Civil 3D / QGIS et produire les premiers plans masse. • Évaluer les contraintes techniques de site (topographie, géotechnique, réseaux, accessibilité) et chiffrer les CAPEX et OPEX prévisionnels. • Réaliser les études de raccordement (capacité du poste source, tracé de raccordement, S3REnR) et préparer les demandes ENEDIS/RTE. Conception détaillée & dossiers techniques • Produire les notes de calcul et études techniques nécessaires au dépôt des dossiers (PC, ICPE, étude d’impact, dossier loi sur l’eau, dossier de raccordement). • Rédiger les cahiers des charges techniques (CCTP) destinés aux fournisseurs et entreprises EPC : modules, onduleurs, structures, trackers, batteries, BMS, transformateurs, postes HTA, génie civil, VRD. • Coordonner les bureaux d’études externes (paysage, faune-flore, hydraulique, agronomie, géotechnique, structure) et garantir la cohérence des livrables. • Vérifier la conformité aux normes et standards en vigueur (NF C15-100, NF C13-100/13-200, UTE C15-712, IEC 61730/61215, IEC 62619 pour le stockage, exigences ENEDIS/RTE). Appui aux phases construction & mise en service • Apporter un appui technique aux équipes EPC en phase construction : revue de plans d’exécution, levée de réserves, optimisation d’implantation. • Participer aux essais, tests de performance et mise en service (commissioning), notamment sur la partie stockage et pilotage EMS. • Contribuer aux dossiers de fin de chantier et au transfert vers l’exploitation (DOE, manuels, garanties, plans tels qu’exécutés). Performance, retour d’expérience & amélioration continue • Suivre la performance des actifs en exploitation (PR, disponibilité, dégradation), identifier les écarts et proposer des actions correctives. • Capitaliser le retour d’expérience EPC / O&M dans une base technique interne (fournisseurs, prix, incidents, leçons apprises). • Animer la veille technologique : nouveaux modules, trackers, onduleurs string vs central, technologies de batteries (LFP, NMC, sodium), repowering, hybridation PV+BESS+H2. • Contribuer à la définition des standards techniques internes du Groupe et à la liste de fournisseurs qualifiés. Coordination interne & reporting • Travailler en binôme avec les chef(fe)s de projets développement pour valider les hypothèses techniques et leur impact financier (productible, CAPEX, OPEX). • Contribuer à la validation des modèles financiers en lien avec la Direction Financière. • Rendre compte de l’avancement des études lors des réunions hebdomadaires de l’équipe. • Représenter GSE auprès des fabricants, des laboratoires d’essais et des organismes de contrôle. Profil recherché Formation & expérience Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’un Master spécialisé en Énergie, Génie Électrique, Énergies Renouvelables ou équivalent. Vous justifiez d’un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en bureau d’études dans le secteur du photovoltaïque, dont une expérience significative sur des projets au sol et/ou agrivoltaïques. Une exposition opérationnelle au stockage stationnaire (BESS) est fortement appréciée — à défaut, une vraie appétence pour cette filière est attendue. Compétences et expertise • Maîtrise avancée de PVsyst ; pratique d’un second outil de modélisation (PVCase, Helioscope, SAM) appréciée. • Maîtrise d’AutoCAD / Civil 3D et d’un SIG (QGIS ou ArcGIS) ; pratique de Revit ou Inventor en plus est un plus. • Solides connaissances en électrotechnique BT/HTA : modules, onduleurs, postes de transformation, protection, mise à la terre. • Connaissance des architectures de stockage (DC-coupled / AC-coupled), des EMS et des principaux modèles économiques associés (peak shaving, capacity firming, services réseau, arbitrage). • Bonne compréhension du cadre réglementaire et normatif (CRE, S3REnR, normes IEC et NF C, exigences ENEDIS/RTE). • Capacité à dialoguer avec les fonctions développement et financière, et à rendre la technique lisible pour des non-techniciens. • Anglais technique courant (échange avec fabricants, lecture de fiches techniques).
