Johnson and Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Director, PH Field Medical with a preferred location in Titusville NJ.
This is a remote role available in the Continental US. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application. We invite candidates from any location across the country to apply.

REQUIREMENTS

• A PharmD, PhD or MD is required
• Demonstrated success in leading field-based teams including experience in evidence generation and communication is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant Medical Affairs and/or Clinical experience is required
• This position requires up to 60% annual domestic travel.
• Residency/fellowship experience is highly preferred.
• People Management experience required.

• The Senior Director, PH Field Medical will lead the development and execution of strategies for the engagement of opinion leaders (nation, regional, and local) and community practitioners to support the PH organization. Responsible for overseeing the tactical execution to ensure field teams are delivering timely and impactful data communication to external stakeholders in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines.
• The Senior Director, PH Field Medical will collaborate with the Therapeutic Area Lead and work closely with GCSO, R&D, and Global Medical partners to develop and execute field-based strategies to support the PH research and collaboration strategies
• The Senior Director, PH Field Medical is responsible for building an organization through providing Field Director coaching and support in the recruiting and hiring process. In addition, this leader is responsible for people development and talent retention by providing mentorships, career coaching, motivation and inspiration.
• The Sr Director, PH Field Based Medical is a member of disease area leadership teams (GMAT, DAS) and is responsible for understanding the compound development plans, organizational priorities and timelines, and budgeting and staffing models for business planning for each compound.
• The Senior Director, PH Field Based Medical is responsible for understanding, building and managing external alliance partners as they relate to field based medical affairs. This includes understanding legal, privacy, and compliance guardrails along with building an effective collaborative strategy for HCP engagement.
• The Senior Director, PH Field Based Medical will maintain an effective collaborative relationship with Sr. Leadership within their cross-functional team. This would include the National Sales Director, Group Product Director, Director of Marketing, Director of Sales Training and other Sr. Leader
