The role spans Salesforce core, Agentforce, and Data Cloud within a federated, multi-org architecture. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce release lifecycle, including planning, orchestration, and deployment; - Ensure production stability across business-critical environments and act as the escalation point for major incidents; - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and release strategies using Copado; - Establish and maintain environment management best practices across multiple orgs; - Translate complex technical release plans into clear, business-friendly roadmaps; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable safe, scalable deployments; - Define and implement governance via a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE); - Work closely with Salesforce Premier Support for critical issue resolution; - Continuously improve release processes, testing frameworks, and deployment efficiency; - Stay up to date with new Salesforce products and capabilities, incorporating them into the platform strategy.
