EDUCATION

  • 4 Year/bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) (Minimum Required)

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years experience in mutual funds and experience in manager/fund research and risk analytical tools (e.g., Morningstar, Lipper, FactSet, eVestment, Barra, Aladdin, or other similar tools).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to illustrate complicated information succinctly in slides and charts for the benefit of senior management.
  • Demonstrated strength in written and oral communication. Ability to communicate investment concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • A demonstrated record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations. Work hard and strive for excellence.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

The Analyst on the Funds Strategy & Analytics Team is a key contributor to the reporting and analysis efforts across Lincoln Funds Management team’s manager of manager’s platform which includes public fixed income, public equity, and alternative strategies. You will be part of a team responsible for providing reporting insights and analytics on current and prospective funds across Lincoln’s product lines including Annuities, Life, and Retirement Plan Services. You will be part of a team who oversees assets totaling $174B, $92B of which is Lincoln’s proprietary variable insurance trust mutual funds. You will regularly interact with senior management, Lincoln Variable Insurance Product Trust (LVIP) Board of Trustees, and Lincoln’s internal clients.
