WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Solution Architect ondersteun je de Frontoffice en de volgende ontwikkelteams binnen de group Vliegende Start (VS).

  • Team ECM: Verantwoordelijk voor digitale archivering en documentbeheer binnen KVK met systemen zoals Documentum en Captiva.
  • Team Output Management: Ondersteunt de productie en distributie van documenten zoals facturen, brieven en gewaarmerkte uittreksels via verschillende kanalen.
  • Team X: Bouwt applicaties om startende ondernemers te ondersteunen en begeleiden in hun inschrijvingsproces bij KVK.
  • Team Y: Ontwikkelt AI-oplossingen, waaronder invoerhulpen voor bedrijfsactiviteiten ter ondersteuning van ondernemers en de Front Office.
  • Team Z: Werkt aan het optimaliseren van het registratieproces van ondernemingen en ondersteunt de Front Office.

Je stelt solution architecturen op voor initiatieven rondom back-end applicaties en onderliggende services die bijdragen aan de dienstverlening van KVK. Je helpt teams om deze architecturen te realiseren door middel van coaching en facilitering. Samen met de group architect en collega-architecten ondersteun je ook de IT-lead bij het plannen en uitvoeren van het portfolio. Je werkt samen met andere architecten aan diverse activiteiten binnen de KVK-brede architectuur practice.

De werkzaamheden van de Solution Architect Back-End Applicaties:

  • Creëren van duidelijke en begrijpelijke kaders en richtlijnen voor teams, zodat zij effectief stappen vooruit kunnen maken in hun ontwikkeling;
  • Opstellen van solution architecturen voor specifieke initiatieven conform onze KVK-architectuur;
  • Actief ondersteunen en coachen van teams binnen de group met vragen en architectuuruitwerkingen;
  • Samenwerken met de architecten uit de group en het voorbereiden van initiatieven voor (agile) portfolio management;
  • Ondersteunen van de IT-lead binnen de group;
  • Werken aan de architectuurfunctie binnen KVK en bijdragen aan de architectuurpractice.
