The function of this position is to provide reliable, high quality customer support through on-site service, installation, inspection, repairing and/or replacement of fire alarm equipment. Ability to conduct preventive maintenance services pertaining to many different manufacturers' equipment. Responsibilities · Install, program, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA 72 standards. · Test and inspect fire alarm systems to ensure they are in good working order and compliant with safety regulations. · Perform routine maintenance on fire alarm systems, including testing, cleaning, and repairing components as needed. · Work closely with construction teams to integrate fire alarm systems into building designs. · Provide technical support and training to other team members on fire alarm systems. · Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. · Keep up-to-date with the latest fire alarm technologies and safety regulations.
