As a Chick Vision Trainer, you are responsible for training our clients in the use of our Chick Vision Machine. During your onboarding period, you will become fully familiar with our machine so that you can effectively transfer your knowledge to our customers.
After your onboarding, you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
Performing customer visits related to commissioning tasks and adjusting and configuring the machine;
Commissioning the machine under local conditions and documenting the settings for the client (lighting conditions, chicken breed, etc.);
Providing training on the anatomy of day-old chicks, the functionalities of the machine, adjustments for local conditions, cleaning and maintaining the machine, recognizing malfunctions or the need for repairs, and hands-on practice in correctly presenting day-old chicks to the camera system for data collection for the AI model.
Handling and presentation of day-old chicks
Ensuring proper project handover to the client and transferring information to the Project Manager;
Accounting for time and costs per project and preparing the expense report;
Reporting findings as input for structural product and process improvements;
Archiving order and project information.
