Position title

  • Berate unsere Kunden bei der optimalen Nutzung von Business Central und unterstütze sie bei der Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Analysiere Kundenanforderungen und entwickle passgenaue Lösungen – mit bestehenden Erweiterungen oder gezielten Anpassungen.
  • Begleite Implementierungsprojekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung.
  • Arbeite eng mit internen Expert:innen, Kunden und externen Partnern zusammen, um effiziente Lösungen zu gestalten.
  • Führe Schulungen und Workshops durch, um Kunden und Anwender fit für Business Central zu machen.
  • Unterstütze den Support und die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen für unsere Kunden.

Qualifications

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Business Central und/oder Dynamics NAV – z. B. als Key-User, Consultant oder in der Betreuung von ERP-Systemen.
  • Begeisterung für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse und deren Optimierung mit modernen ERP-Lösungen.
  • Ein sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Beratung.
  • Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft, um Kunden auch vor Ort zu unterstützen.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil – einige unserer Kunden arbeiten international.
