The Opportunity: Reporting to the Director of Compliance and Implementation (DCI), the Compliance Coordinator will manage a portfolio of grants to ensure that YouthBuild Philly meets all funder requirements and maintains eligibility for current funding streams. The Compliance Coordinator will maintain grant compliance submission calendar(s), enroll students on grants, support with grantor site visits, track, gather, and submit data, deliverables, and reports, collaborate with leaders and staff to gather required information and monitor compliance, complete grant exit requirements, and support the DCI with training staff and meeting state and district compliance requirements.
