Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor | Centenary Tavern

We are seeking a hands-on, driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our Restaurant team. With a heavy focus on premium food service and weekend entertainment, we need a positive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about elevating the customer experience.

Candidates must have full availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Must hold current RSA and RSG certifications, while RMLV, Approved Manager’s License and First Aid qualifications are highly preferred. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
• Shifts will be mid shifts focusing on running the bistro and functions for the venue.
• No open or closing shifts.
• Flexible roster.

About you:

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
