Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing and converting sales opportunities through:

● Architects and interior design practices

● Luxury residential developers

● High-end contractors and fit-out companies

● Luxury furniture and design retailers

● Hospitality and boutique hotel projects

● Private clients, family offices and UHNW networks

● Design consultants and specification professionals


You will also help establish selected showroom, gallery and retail partnerships across the UAE and GCC.


Key Responsibilities

● Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective clients and projects

● Introduce the Dramatic Doors collection to architects, designers and developers

● Arrange presentations, meetings and private viewings

● Develop relationships with premium retailers and potential display partners

● Identify opportunities for Dramatic Doors to be specified at the design stage of projects

● Manage enquiries from initial introduction through quotation, negotiation and order

● Maintain disciplined follow-up and CRM records

● Develop opportunities across the UAE and, progressively, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC

● Represent Dramatic Doors at relevant design, architecture and luxury-industry events

● Provide structured feedback on client preferences, pricing, objections and market response


Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 3–7+ years of sales or business development experience in one or more of the following:

● Luxury interiors

● High-end furniture

● Architectural products

● Premium doors, kitchens, wardrobes or joinery

● Decorative surfaces or materials

● Luxury residential development

● Interior design or fit-out

● Art, galleries or collectible design


You should be comfortable selling a premium product where the decision is driven by design, exclusivity and emotional impact, rather than price alone.


Preferred Profile

● Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers or luxury clients in the UAE/GCC

● Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills

● Commercially disciplined and comfortable pursuing long sales cycles

● Strong aesthetic awareness and appreciation of architecture, interiors and design

● Fluent English

● Arabic highly preferred

● UAE driving license preferred

● Willingness to travel within the GCC as the business develops
