  • Responsibilities-Own the integrated program delivery model, governance calendar, decision pathways and executive reporting.
  • Maintain alignment between agreed outcomes, scope, delivery plans, commercial commitments and available capacity.
  • Lead cross-party coordination across TCS and customer team , resolving accountability gaps and escalated dependencies.
  • Establish transparent management of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, quality and decisions.
  • Ensure Detailed Design evidence is sufficient for downstream implementation, transition and investment decisions.
  • Sponsor workforce mobilisation, delivery assurance, leadership cadence and corrective action where delivery confidence is at risk.
  • Maintain executive confidence through concise, evidence-based communication and timely escalation.
