Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Executive Assistant to join our Administration Team on a full-time basis at our Admin location in Vermilion, AB. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Senior Leadership team of Cornerstone Co-operative. This role ensures coordination of resources, facilitate effective communication and supports strategic initiatives with a strong alignment to Cornerstone’s Brand, Vision and Purpose. What you’ll do: Acting as the liaison between the CEO, Senior Leadership and external stakeholders to coordinate schedule, facilitate communication and to support coordination. Maintain correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes and follow-ups for Senior Leader meetings. Anticipating the various complex needs of the CEO and Directors, ensuring strategic and personal support, a blend of operational precision and human connection. Demonstrating excellent time management, organizational, coordination and tracking skills while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Manage calendars, travel, appointments, expense claims and prioritize tasks. Prepare reports, presentations, executive correspondence, assist with planning meetings & events, be the main contact for the Annual General Meeting and meeting minutes; compile and analyze data as needed. Support Board of Directors functions including preparing agenda, compiling materials, expense and renumeration expenses, and recording/distributing minutes while maintaining confidentiality. Support Marketing & Community Engagement campaigns, social media management and outreach to community partners. Be familiar with customer questions in regard to credit, equity withdrawal, account balances and payments, etc. Assisting with walk-in and phone call Member concerns. Have knowledge of general accounting processes such as coding expenses and looking up invoices. Provide guidance to the Social Committee’s and ensure they are operating in accordance with organizational standards. Other office duties as required for the efficient operation of the Association.
