Aston Carter's large client is seeking a Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join their team! This individual will manage the accounts receivables of designated stores, adhering to the standards and policies set by the head office. Key Responsibilities Contact clients in the designated territory to ensure account payments are made and follow up on outstanding balances. Provide answers to customer questions about their accounts. Complete and submit weekly reports to managers. Collaborate with Sales Representatives, District Managers, and Store Managers regarding accounts receivable. Perform various administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying. Perform any other related duties as required by the immediate supervisor. Additional Skills and Qualifications MUST HAVES 1-3 years of experience in collections with a strong emphasis on reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
