What you can expect You will manage and grow your clients’ accounts across Western Victoria including Geelong, Ballarat and Warrnambool. You will have a clear understanding of their veterinary business and diagnostic needs; you will successfully inspire them to adopt and use “The IDEXX Complete Diagnostic Solution” to raise their standards of care. You will be results oriented, have an outstanding level of customer service and responsiveness and you will have a genuine passion to deliver outstanding results. There is significant variety in the role, and you will find no two days the same. You will be developing partnerships with veterinarians, owners and clinic teams to help grow their business; selling IDEXX products and services and helping to onboard and train the veterinary teams on IDEXX diagnostic equipment, services and technology. This focus will enable you to exceed your sales targets for the quarter and discover new opportunities. Working alongside your colleagues you will collaborate and implement new strategies for the benefit of your customers; attend relevant trade shows, attend and deliver IDEXX educational content and maintain and update client information using Salesforce.com.
