About the Role

We're seeking a talented Designer to join a globally recognised consumer brand, helping shape how customers connect with their experiences and brands.

Working across a diverse portfolio of lifestyle, entertainment, and consumer-facing properties, you'll create compelling visual communications that engage audiences across multiple touchpoints. From integrated marketing campaigns and live experiences to digital content and brand communications, you'll play an important role in bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, high-quality design.

Partnering closely with marketing, content, and creative teams, you'll help deliver impactful creative that strengthens brand engagement and enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and adapt creative assets for multi-channel campaigns including OOH, digital, social, retail, experiential, and internal communications.
• Develop creative concepts and execute assets that align with established brand guidelines.
• Design collateral for events and audience engagement initiatives, including signage, ticketing, environmental graphics, presentations, and activation materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging customer-facing creative across digital products and marketing channels.
• Create static and motion-based digital assets for high-profile campaigns.
• Participate in creative ideation sessions and campaign review workshops to help drive continuous improvement.
• Produce polished PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for stakeholder and leadership audiences.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing speed, quality, and attention to detail.
• Respond to ad hoc creative requests while maintaining strong brand consistency.

About You

You are a highly organised and adaptable designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across a range of brands and business priorities.

You'll bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience within a creative agency, media business, entertainment company or large consumer brand.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, marketing, digital design, and customer engagement.
• Experience developing creative for consumer-facing brands.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with motion design, including After Effects and Photoshop animation workflows.
• A passion for crafting engaging visual experiences and bringing brand stories to life.
