You’ll contribute to and support the design and delivery of culture, values and ethics initiatives, and help embed capability priorities so they are understood, adopted and applied in practice. You’ll help connect our people to the purpose of our work - supporting a vibrant, safe and responsible hospitality, liquor, racing and gaming environment for communities across NSW. In this role, you’ll contribute to and support the delivery of practical engagement and culture initiatives that strengthen staff connection, support regulatory professionalism, enhance onboarding and recognition experiences, and help initiatives land effectively across the workforce. You’ll work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to translate intent into clear expectations and meaningful day-to-day practice, contributing to a culture of collaboration and regulatory excellence.
