Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned automotive brand(s), managing the relationship with several brand and marketing teams
  • Ensure all dealership marketing activity adheres to manufacturer brand guidelines, style requirements, and co-op advertising rules
  • Coordinate brand-mandated campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs at the local dealership level
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand marketing initiatives, toolkits, and upcoming model releases
  • Manage coop advertising claim submissions and ensure accurate record-keeping for reimbursement
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, in-dealership channels and other marketing channels
  • Brief and manage external suppliers, including creative agencies, photographers, media buyers, and print vendors
  • Ensure campaign assets are delivered on brand, on time, and within budget
  • Coordinate localisation of national campaigns to reflect dealership-specific offers, stock, and messaging
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, model launches, and customer activations
