About the role

As our Senior Advisor - Diversity and Belonging, you’ll be instrumental in bringing our D&B agenda to life. In this role you’ll work closely with senior leaders, our People and Culture Team and our Diversity and Belonging Committee to develop and deliver on the next iteration of our diversity and belonging strategy.
In this role you will lead initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion, equity and belonging across Vocus. You will use your knowledge of D&B best practices and experience working in complex environments to help to attract and retain diverse talent; embed inclusive workplace practices and drive employee engagement with our D&B focus areas and initiatives.
You will be a passionate advocate for workplace equity and have a talent for bringing others along with you on the journey.
Reporting to our Head of ESG, this role is suited to someone with a background in diversity, equity and inclusion, who has strong communication and analytical skills, loves engaging with their peers and is passionate about making a positive social impact.
Please note: This is a part-time role, requiring 3-4 days of work per week. While we prefer candidates based in Melbourne, we are open to considering other locations for individuals with the ideal skills and experience.
