Full job description

Description:

Monday to Friday | Full-Time (38 hrs) or Part-Time (minimum 3 days per week)

Location: Southern Brisbane region + work-from-home flexibility

Salary: Up to $100K (based on experience) + super + PD allowance + paid kilometres

Axis is seeking a dynamic and engaging Physiotherapist with experience in private practice or musculoskeletal care to join our team in Southern Brisbane, delivering occupational rehabilitation and physiotherapy services.

You'll be collaborating with well-known iconic brands in onsite clinics, supporting employees to prevent and manage workplace injuries. We believe happier, healthier people perform better.

Being a Physio at Axis allows you to use your interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills without being hands-on with patients all day, while still doing what you love in a more sustainable way. Enjoy the variety of working directly with employees and businesses, rather than being confined to the same four walls of a clinic every day.

This is a genuine work-life balance opportunity with a Monday to Friday schedule (no nights or weekends), plus the flexibility of working from home and dedicated admin time built into your diary. No more working off the clock!

In this role, you'll be:

Providing onsite physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation services to employees in the workplace

Creating and supporting innovative early intervention physiotherapy and wellbeing services for clients

Providing early intervention triage and injury management services via telehealth across Australia

Consulting and collaborating closely with employees and employers to support a happy and healthy workforce

You'll bring:

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

Previous experience as a musculoskeletal or private practice Physiotherapist (minimum 12 months)

Current AHPRA registration

Professional indemnity insurance

Full Australian working rights

Current Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle

For You at Axis:

Competitive remuneration: Up to $100K FTE (based on experience) + superannuation + PD allowance of up to $1,750 + travel allowance

Work-life balance: Flexible working hours, minimal evening or weekend work, 4-day week or 9-day fortnight options, and dedicated admin time built into your diary

Professional growth: Annual PD allowance (e.g. specialty pathways such as APA Titling and MBAs), regular leadership check-ins, quarterly career conversations, monthly in-services, achievable competency frameworks, and a strong promote-from-within culture

Extra leave: One paid study day per year, the option to purchase additional annual leave, plus wellbeing and pet leave

Additional perks: Novated leasing, the AxisYou employee program, free early intervention healthcare services, and discounts with hundreds of retailers + more!

Why Axis?

  • Axis is an industry-leading workplace health and wellbeing provider. Every day, we strive to reduce the burden of musculoskeletal disorders and mental health challenges in the workplace through a full spectrum of services, including preventative care, risk assessment,
