We are seeking a talented individual to lead the Financial Controllership function for the Pacific region at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial reporting, and control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, tax and audit requirements, and internal controls for the Marsh McLennan business within the Pacific region. This role leads the Pacific Controllership team in driving financial performance, continuous improvement initiatives and strategic insights across the region. Additionally, this role places a strong emphasis on stakeholder management, collaborating and liaising with Finance and Business leaders, external auditors, Audit Committee, and senior leadership across the company along with interfacing with various entity Boards.
