THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced BDM who knows how to build and nurture broker relationships. You’ll be our first boots on the ground, but with full backing from our international teams handling credit, operations, and collections.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new brokers across Australia.
• Build strong, lasting broker relationships to drive consistent deal flow.
• Manage deals from submission through to funding, with support from our underwriting and operations teams.
• Represent SimplyFunded in the Australian market and help shape our sales strategy.
• Provide input into office setup, hiring, and future growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in SME lending, asset finance, or broker management.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a broker network.
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder.
• Driven self-starter who thrives in a growth environment.
• Knowledge of the Australian SME lending market is a plus, but not essential.
