Description
At Lovisa, we move fast, grow fast and think global. With stores across the world and a large frontline retail team, our Learning Management System plays a key role in keeping our teams connected, confident and ready to deliver. We are looking for a hands-on Learning Management System Manager to take ownership of the platform and help take it to the next level. This is a role for someone who loves systems, structure and making things work better. You will get into the detail, understand how the Learning Management System works end-to-end, identify the gaps and drive practical improvements that make a real difference for our store teams. The Opportunity As our Learning Management System Manager, you will own the day-to-day management, optimisation and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System. You will make sure the system is easy to use, well maintained, accurate and set up to support our global retail teams. This includes learning content, communications, task management, compliance, reporting, audits and operational execution. This is not a traditional Learning & Development content role. It is a systems-first role where you will bring structure, improve processes and ensure the platform works effectively for the people using it every day. What You’ll Own You will take ownership of the Learning Management System and ensure it is running smoothly, including user access, permissions, store structures, system settings and ongoing maintenance. You will also: Keep the platform accurate, secure and fit for purpose. Upload, organise and maintain learning content. Support mobile-first learning for frontline retail teams. Improve how Lovisa uses the Learning Management System across learning, communications and task management. Build and maintain checklists, workflows, audits, certifications and reporting tools. Monitor completion, compliance, engagement and store execution. Create clear user guides, process documents and system resources. Support team members and stakeholders with system questions and troubleshooting. Partner with IT to support integrations, data accuracy and system fixes. Work with Learning & Development, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Internal Communications to make sure the platform supports business needs. Liaise with vendors on updates, testing, enhancements and issue resolution. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is practical, analytical and confident owning a system from end to end. You will bring: Experience managing a Learning Management System or similar digital platform. Strong systems knowledge and the ability to understand how platforms work behind the scenes. Experience improving processes and making systems easier, cleaner and more effective. Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach. Confidence working with data, dashboards and reporting. Experience supporting frontline, retail, hospitality or operational teams. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confidence working with stakeholders and driving solutions through to completion. Nice to Have Experience with any of the below would be highly regarded: Yoobic or another retail execution platform. Mobile-first workforce platforms. Retail, hospitality or multi-site environments. Learning Management System integrations or system improvement projects. Communication tools, task workflows, compliance reporting or digital audits. This is not a role for someone who only wants to sit in strategy. We need someone hands-on who can get into the system, understand the detail and make things better. About You You are the kind of person who sees a messy process and wants to fix it. You think step by step, ask the right questions and take time to understand the issue before jumping into the solution. You are confident working with stakeholders, comfortable making decisions and committed to following things through. You care about the user experience and understand that a system is only successful if it works for the people using it - especially busy store teams who need simple, clear and easy-to-use tools. Most importantly, you take ownership. You do not just identify problems; you solve them. Why Lovisa? Lovisa is a global fashion jewellery brand with an exciting growth story.
