The LECC offers flexible working arrangements, however the Manager Collection Operations role operates within a sensitive operational environment and is expected to work onsite at the Commission’s offices in Sydney’s CBD a minimum four days per week. To be suitable for this role you will have: Highly developed communication skills High attention to detail Ability to interpret legislation, with a strong knowledge of the requirements of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979, the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act (New South Wales) 1987, the Surveillance Devices Act 2004 (Cth), and the Surveillance Devices Act 2007 (NSW), or the ability to rapidly acquire such knowledge.
