We are seeking a strategic, people-centred Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the People and Culture team. This permanent, full-time role is based at our head office in Cannington and plays a critical role in supporting a values-driven, purpose-led organisation. As the HRBP, you will play a lead role as a People and Culture relationship manager, working closely with executive, managers and their leadership teams to align employee management practices and culture change programs with business objectives, and provide business-partnering services on a broad range of HR related issues. This role is central to ensuring the People and Culture function delivers high-quality, customer-focused HR services that align with Communicare’s Strategic Plan, policies, and values, and support the delivery of sustainable outcomes in the community services and not-for-profit sector.
