Using scorecards and KPIs, you’ll analyse performance, provide insights and recommend improvements that make a real impact. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in building maintenance, contractor management and operational support within complex, high-activity environments, including minor works and procurement. Strong contract management expertise, including developing contract management plans, establishing KPIs and SLAs, monitoring performance, and overseeing contract administration. Proven building/trades industry background or relevant tertiary qualifications, with sound knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices and legislation (e.g. BCA, WHS/OH&S). Demonstrated stakeholder and contractor leadership, with exceptional customer service standards and a track record of improving service delivery outcomes. Business and financial acumen, including budgeting, technical estimation, reporting, prioritisation and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
