This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with strong consultancy experience, technical leadership capabilities, and a client-focused mindset. You will work across transmission and distribution projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction. We’re flexible on location, with the role open to candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, or Brisbane. How you’ll make a difference: Act as Project Lead and Technical Authority on secondary systems projects. Prepare, review, and sign off on detailed design drawings, protection reports, and relay configurations to meet Australian Standards and client requirements. Lead project teams, oversee timelines and budgets, with continued guidance and support to peer engineers. Serve as a client-facing contact, providing advice, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring clear, professional communication. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across transmission, distribution, renewables, traction power, and other multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative and technically outstanding solutions.
