REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the fast-food or quick-service industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
• Food Safety and ServSafe certification is a plus.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and support.
• Maintain the quality of food, service, and cleanliness to meet and exceed our high standards.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe working and dining environment.
• Control costs, manage budgets effectively, and drive profitability.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
