We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Perth Service Team. The successful candidate will be based out of the Forrestdale site.  As a Field Service Technician, you will apply your technical knowledge and service experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment as well as a range of third-party items for Arjo customers within the broader aged care and acute care healthcare environments.  You will play an important role in ensuring our customer’s equipment is functional and safe to use for caregivers and residents/patients. Your skills and positive can-do attitude will help empower movement for people facing mobility challenges and increase the quality of lives for our customer base.  The role will involve:•    Carry out maintenance, repairs and testing of Arjo’s range of products (medical equipment) as well as a range of related third-party equipment•    Conduct routine scheduled servicing; (Preventative) and breakdown support (Reactive)•    Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames;•    Provide accurate and compliant reporting on equipment serviced and repaired in Arjo’s service ERP system; •    Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately in Arjo’s service ERP system;•    Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy;•    The Field Service Technician role may require occasional regional WA travel to meet the needs of our large and growing customer base.
