Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Training: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding for new sales hires, focusing on our inhouse CRM usage, lead management, and pricing tools. Process Optimisation: Identify gaps in the current sales workflow and develop training interventions to improve "speed-to-lead" and conversion rates. Content Creation: Build engaging training materials, including "How-To" guides, video tutorials, and interactive workshops tailored to the sales environment.
